Два дома из красного кирпича с красивым декором фасадов построены в начале ХХ века и принадлежали братьям Александру и Ивану Боголюбовым – крупным торговцам зерном. В августе 1919 года братья Боголюбовы с семьями ушли из города вместе с отступавшими колчаковцами. Ехали братья в разных эшелонах. Иван с сыном Анатолием и дочерью Антониной добрался до китайского города Мукден. Где вёл активную общественную жизнь и скончался в 30-е годы. Его дети выехали в Америку. Второй брат Александр Андриянович смог доехать только до Новосибирска, где с женой и сыном доживал до последних своих дней.
В первые годы Советской власти дома были объединены в одно здание.
В 1919 г. здесь был создан Ревком и первая партийная ячейка.
До 1971 г. в здании находился райисполком. После постройки здания районной администрации по улице Советской, в здании разместился райвоенкомат и находится по настоящее время.

The two red-brick houses with beautifully decorated facades were built in the early twentieth century and belonged to the brothers Alexander and Ivan Bogolyubov, major grain traders. In August 1919, the Bogolyubovs and their families left the city with the retreating Kolchak army. They travelled in different trains. Ivan with his son Anatoly and daughter Antonina reached the Chinese city of Mukden. Where he led an active social life and died in the 30s. His children went to America. His second brother Alexander Andriyanovich could only make it to Novosibirsk, where with his wife and son he lived out his last days.
In the early years of Soviet power, the houses were merged into one building.
In 1919, the Revolutionary Committee and the first Party cell were established here.
The district executive committee was located in the building until 1971. After the construction of the district administration building on Sovetskaya Street, the building housed the district military registration and enlistment office and it is still there today.
